Through its membership to the South African Association of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS), the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors (AAQS) and the South African Black Technical and Allied Consultants’ Organisation (SABTACO), the company engages in efforts to participate in research efforts that foster and enhance the growth and influence of the quantity surveying profession. So much so that the executive member of our company, Thabo Senyolo, is a one-time secretary-general of the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors
We also have ties with the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS), a body of professional quantity surveyors and academics in various countries of the Asian Pacific region. This collaboration publishes reports in journals as the key commentary on the construction industry. Using various project experiences. This results in the compilation of a vast database concerning construction costs in various countries

Building Information Modelling (BIM) Development
The term 'Building Information Model' first appeared in a 1992 paper by G.A. van Nederveen and F. P. Tolman. However, the terms 'Building Information Model' and 'Building Information Modelling' (including the acronym "BIM") did not become popularly used until some 10 years later. BIM is first and foremost a process, but it's much more than that. BIM is a 3D model-based process that provides architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals information and tools to efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and structures
| How does BIM work?
BIM or Building Information Modelling is a process for creating and managing information on a construction project across the project lifecycle. One of the key outputs of this process is the Building Information Model, the digital description of every aspect of the built asset. This model draws on information assembled collaboratively and updated at key stages of a project. Creating a digital Building Information Model enables those who interact with the building to optimize their actions, resulting in a greater whole life value for the asset. Integrating lean construction technology & BIM can give better cost control in construction. ... It is about BIM based cost estimation & monitoring for building construction. BIM visualization is a powerful tool which enables effective cost control
| What is BIM modeller job?
A BIM Modeller is someone who's primary role is to develop the model. They're not a licensed Architect/Engineer, but skilled enough with BIM to understand the modeling requirements and how buildings go together to be able to do so accurately. Their level of responsibility can vary widely between projects and firms

| What is BIM Cost Manager?
It is the software which generates the construction cost estimate swiftly with BIM data at the early stage of a project. Its results enable the user to select the most optimal plan among various potential designs. It streamlines the project planning
